TINA COUSINS

Tina Cousins is an English singer-songwriter and former fashion model who has had many hits both in the UK and Australia as a solo artist and in collaboration with other artists.

Her big break came when she provided the vocals for the German DJ/producer Sash on the No.2 single “Mysterious Times” in 1998. Prior to this, Tina had released a solo single called “Killin Time” which failed to even dent the charts. However on the back of her new found success, the single was re-released and hit the Top 20. Other hit singles followed, like “Pray”, “Just Around The Hill” and “Wonderful Life”.

In 1999, Tina joined forces with Steps, Cleopatra, B*Witched and Billie Piper and recorded a medley of Abba songs entitled “Thank ABBA for the Music” which went on to become a best selling single and a Top 10 hit in the UK and Australia.More recently, Tina recorded a dance version of the Kings of Leon classic track “Sex On Fire” which has now once again restored Tina as one of the dance scenes leading ladies.
